Terms & Conditions

• Listed Price is for a single designated template website design uploaded onto the domain supplied by the customer. Once live online, the customer is responsible for the input of text and photos using the included full content management system provided.
• Payment must be received in full prior to the website being uploaded onto the domain name. The first quarterly must also be paid to Picture Boss Pty Ltd in order for the hosting account to be initiated.
• Customer must purchase the .com or .com.au domain name of their choice, the details of which to be provided to NetBiz in order for the website to be uploaded. Netbiz suggests www.godaddy.com for .com domains and www.crazydomains.com.au for .com.au domains. These may be subject to government regulations and availability. The customer is responsible for ongoing management and yearly fees (Approx. $13.00 per year) for their domain.
• Customer is responsible for ongoing hosting costs. All sites purchased through MyContentMan.com are hosted through Picture Boss Pty Ltd at a cost of $66.00 quarterly in advance. Ongoing billing is done directly from Picture Boss Pty Ltd. The customer authorizes NetBiz to provide contact details to Picture Boss for future billing purposes only.
• Upon completion of the payment and the website being uploaded the customer will be contacted and supplied with their login and password to their content management system. Support can be provided if need be. Any ongoing maintenance needed on the site outside the content management system will be charged at an hourly rate by NetBiz.
• All sales from MyContentMan.com fall under the Standard Terms of Trade from NetBiz Enterprises Pty Ltd. NetBiz reserves the right to change these terms without any notice.
